All students in grades 2-5 will be taking the California State Test on Tuesday, May 8th through Friday, May 18th.  The testing schedule will vary during these two weeks due to the areas tested per grade level. Also, Greenwood Elementary will be enforcing "quiet time" from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Classes will not be interrupted during this time.

The exams are one important reflection of your student's academic progress and the progress of our entire school.  Please schedule all non-essential activities and appointments outside of the testing window, and please ensure that your student is on-time and well-rested.  Students will have an earlier recess on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays so they can eat breakfast before they test.
